About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a Temporary People & Culture Generalist to support the daily operations of our People & Culture Office while delivering a high level of service to our employees and leadership team. This role plays an integral part in supporting hiring processes, onboarding, employee relations, and internal communications, ensuring a seamless and engaging employee experience. At Four Seasons, we are committed to creating a culture of care where our people feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow within a collaborative and dynamic environment.

 

What you will do

  • Manage the daily operations of the People & Culture Office, ensuring a professional, organized, and welcoming environment.

  • Support hiring processes, including applicant tracking, pre-employment checks, and coordination of onboarding and orientation.

  • Assist management and leadership with employee relations matters, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

  • Lead and support internal communications to employees through flyers, boards, and digital platforms.

  • Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives, including events, town halls, and company-wide programs.

  • Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR systems while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

 

What you bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • At least one year of related work experience.

  • Candidate must be able to thrive in a fluid environment, with a spirit for serving our employees and guests.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish preferred.

  • Skilled at Microsoft Office programs, Word, Excel, Canva (or similar application), and has the ability to quickly learn the Human Resources Information System.

  • Embraces being detail-oriented (quality), highly efficient (speed) and strong follow up skills.

  • Open to learning and participating in a dynamic, team atmosphere.

  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
