People & Culture Generalist (P&C) - Americas
The Generalist, People and Culture (P&C), Americas, will support the Vice President, People & Culture, in maintaining the strategy and initiatives in the Americas.
The People & Culture Generalist will provide administrative support to the Vice President, People & Culture, Americas and the Area Directors People & Culture, in driving People strategy and initiatives across the region. This role acts as a key liaison between functional leads and property-level People & Culture teams, providing administrative support that enable leaders to make informed business decisions with people impact.
Key Activities:
- Act as a subject matter resource on People & Culture processes and policies; guide field teams in accessing resources.
- Provide assistance with reporting, analytics, and presentation materials.
- Provide administrative support to assist in the recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and development of key positions such as Directors of People & Culture and General Managers and other Planning Committee roles as required.
- Offer guidance and troubleshoot People & Culture administrative issues across the region.
- Ensure accurate and timely administration of HR processes in the HRIS: Workday.
- Serve as administrative immigration liaison between field teams and Immigration Counsel, ensuring timely communication and compliance.
- Provide administrative support to VP, People & Culture, Area Directors, and functional leads to execute engagement strategies and People & Culture programs, rollouts, and initiatives.
- Coordinate charitable activities for the Miami corporate office.
- Administer and distribute the Americas People & Culture weekly communication and provide communication and change management support for business initiatives.
- Track and organize celebratory events for the People & Culture team (e.g., milestones, birthdays, recognition).
- Serve as a primary contact for vendor management.
- Assist VP, People & Culture with office management and regional meeting logistics, such as helping plan and facilitate quarterly Americas calls, including Townhalls, Legal/Labor updates, and Summits.
- Administer billing processes for the Americas region.
- Assist VP People & Culture with annual updates for global People & Culture programs that fall within the Americas region.
- Track Americas P&C team project deliverables, as well as record and distribute meeting minutes for regional meetings.
- Manage Service of Process communications and employment verifications.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
- SHRM-CP an asset.
- 2-5 years of progressively complex HR operations experience, specifically providing a broad range of Human Resources support to various levels of employees including senior leadership.

- Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating diplomacy and tact.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and take initiative.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities; able to manage competing priorities under pressure.

- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making proficiency.
- High attention to detail with a focus on solutions, results, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Demonstrated expertise in organization development, People & Culture strategy, talent development, and conflict resolution.
Technical Skills and Knowledge:
- Advanced-level knowledge of HRIS: Workday.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite: Teams, Outlook, Excel, CoPilot, PowerPoint.
- Capable of learning new computer applications quickly.
This role will be a Hybrid working model, which will require 3 days per week in the Miami Four Seasons Corporate Office (3 days per week) located at 1441 Brickell Avenue, Suite 1007, Miami, Florida. #LI-Hybrid
