As a member of the Talent Acquisition Department, you will be part of the team responsible for acquiring top talent to meet business needs for today and tomorrow. As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will support the team in the acquisition of top talent by ensuring that the recruitment lifecycle runs as efficiently as possible to provide a world-class experience for candidates, and a seamless process for the business. THE ROLE

As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will support with:

  • Coordinating sourcing efforts to provide short lists of candidates
  • Coordinating candidate interviews and visits to the workplace
  • Administration related to candidate offers
  • Ensuring effective execution of the talent acquisition processes by effectively managing across people, process, reporting, technology and tools

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $50,000 to $75,000 CAD per year. The final agreed-upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
