What You Would Get To Do

The People Coordinator is responsible for efficiently and effectively executing the processes and tasks required to deliver an excellent employee experience

The scope of the role is to support the local region and to take on broader regional responsibilities as directed. Ensuring collaboration with the wider global team and providing occasional support where needed.  Work should be appropriately prioritized, completed on time and delivered with a strong customer focus.

Please note this is a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Your Contributions

Effective administration and coordination

  • Execute all procedures relating to onboarding, employment changes and offboarding in an accurate and timely manner
  • Draft letters and documentation to issue to employees
  • Communicate in a positive and clear way with stakeholders, ensuring all interactions contribute to an excellent employee experience
  • Review and respond to queries in the People Inbox regularly and in line with agreed timeframes.. Ensure that all messages are answered or escalated to appropriate contacts, providing updates on any likely delays

Accurate data management

  • Ensure all data is entered accurately and completely to appropriate systems in line with agreed timeframes
  • Provide data and reporting for stakeholders where required and in line with confidentiality and restrictions
  • Manage employee files in an accurate, timely and highly organized manner

Continuous Improvement

  • Assess the procedures followed on a continuous basis to provide feedback on improvement or opportunities to create efficiencies
  • Collaborate with other departments to review and suggest improvements and efficiencies to internal processes involving People Operations activity
  • Actively seek opportunities to support wider team members in project activity

What We Are Looking For

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in using MS Office, Google software, BambooHR
  • Understanding of Human Resource principles, practices and procedures
  • Awareness of employment legislation impacting terms and conditions in the local region
  • Proficient in English
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong focus on excellent customer service 
  • Strong sense of teamwork, demonstrating cross-region collaboration
  • Application of sound judgment and professionalism
