The People Analytics Consultant plays a pivotal role in understanding Business HR’s business needs. Able to prioritize based on value and effort, and manage the expectations of our Business HR stakeholders. This role combines strategic consulting, data storytelling, and technical reporting to support HR partners in decision-making and program execution.
You will act as the demand engine to keep a pulse of our HR partners and what they need and value. The consultant will serve as a trusted advisor, driving adoption of analytical tools and frameworks across the organization.
This position is expected to be onsite 8 days a month at the IDEXX Global Campus in Westbrook, ME.

Building out consulting framework, roadmap Regular Pro-Active engagements with Business HR to define needs and manage expectations Responding to Ad-Hoc Requests Providing regular catered insights Performing analyses
25% Dashboards: Build, maintain and enhance dashboards
Determine needs for new dashboards and assess time vs value to prioritize Develop and continuously learn best practices Build out dashboards with good design principles Maintain dashboards Pro-actively and reactively respond to enhancements Think through our dashboard suite
20% Reporting: Respond and delegate workday reporting requests
Create and amend ad-hoc reports
Upskill and synchronize with People Ops on Reporting
Lead workday reporting governance
Think of continuous enhancements to the reporting experience
15% Surveys
Help with annual engagement survey project parts Execute on OnDemand Survey asks Provide guidance and advice on survey strategy Think through potential improvements

Base salary of $90,000 - $123,000 based on experience
