Position Overview... We are looking for an exceptionally dedicated Operation Diff/Imp Engineer to join our ambitious team in Taiwan. This role is pivotal in ensuring our manufacturing processes run flawlessly and maintaining our competitive edge in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Fix and resolve unexpected machine problems to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate product qualification after tool recovery from trouble events or regular maintenance.
• React promptly to qualification, inline, and defect inspection violations to maintain production quality.
• Support the execution of experiments aimed at improving TTMCY, COST, MXT, and overall quality.
• Address RDA/YE highlight cases efficiently to ensure continuous operation.
• Hold lot control processes to maintain fab speed and optimize OCAP.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to fix complex machinery issues swiftly and effectively.
• Strong understanding of product qualification processes and standards.
• Demonstrated experience in reacting to and resolving inspection violations.
• Outstanding support and execution of experimental procedures to improve operational metrics.
• Outstanding attention to detail and a consistent focus on maintaining quality control standards.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field is required.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing manufacturing solutions and maintaining high production quality.
