PEC Analyst

The Product Environmental Compliance (PEC) Analyst will have the overall
responsibility of obtaining, managing, and communicating accurate Product
Environmental Compliance (PEC) data.

About the job:

  • Complete all internal and external PEC customer requests and surveys pertaining to Littelfuse products- per site/location, per Business Unit (BU)
  • Responsible for preparing, validating, and submitting material data in the International Material Data System (IMDS) to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain proper documentation and reporting for compliance activities.
  • Manage PEC database and portal submissions accurately and efficiently. 15%
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accuracy of compliance data.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product environmental compliance or related area
  • Detail oriented
  • Customer service-oriented
  • Manage multiple compliance requests.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office Applications, and Visual Basic knowledge is an advantage
  • Data management experience
  • Familiarity with global product environmental compliance regulations and industry standards (RoHS, WEEE, REACH, ELV, Conflict Minerals, Halogen Initiative, Proposition 65, US EPA -TSCA, and others)
  • Experience with the SAP application
  • Experience with compliance requirements in the automotive or manufacturing industries is preferred.
