The PDA Client Solutions Specialist provides critical operational support to corporate clients by managing the end-to-end payment distribution lifecycle. This role ensures the accurate allocation of consumer funds and maintains high levels of efficiency through both manual intervention and automated electronic systems. The primary goal is to facilitate seamless financial flows between Debt Counsellors and Credit Providers while adhering to strict regulatory and SLA standards.

Are you someone who can:

1. System Administration & Onboarding

  • ​Manage the registration and lifecycle of Debt Counsellor (DC) and Credit Provider (CP) entities within the Payment Distribution System.
  • ​Maintain and audit DC and CP profiles, ensuring all contact details, email addresses, and recourse statuses are updated in real-time.
  • ​Securely store and manage signed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for all participating parties.

2. Transactional Management

  • ​Oversee the collection process, reconciling both paid and unpaid consumer installments.
  • ​Facilitate the accurate distribution of funds to the appropriate Credit Providers using various approved distribution methods.
  • ​Monitor upload files for errors and provide manual intervention to resolve technical discrepancies.

3. Reporting & Communication

  • ​Notifications: Distribute "Unpaid" notices and "Load Reports" to stakeholders, ensuring timely re-delivery when necessary.
  • ​Bordereaux Management: Resolve issues regarding non-receipt of Bordereaux reports and investigate unidentified distributions.
  • ​Compliance Reporting: Prepare and obtain formal sign-off for monthly National Credit Regulator (NCR) reports, ensuring they are submitted within regulatory deadlines.
  • ​Client Reporting: Ensure Debt Counsellors receive comprehensive monthly reports regarding their portfolios.

4. Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • ​Act as the primary point of contact for resolving complaints received via the NCR.
  • ​Ensure all fund distributions and reporting tasks are completed within the predefined SLA standards.
  • ​Maintain a robust document management system for audit trails and historical data storage.

You will be the ideal candidate if you have:

  • Minimum Matric qualification
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar environment
