Job Purpose
The PC Affiliate role is responsible for driving sales growth and conversion for the Personal Care (PC) portfolio through Affiliate programs across digital commerce platforms. The role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing affiliate activations by working closely with creators, platform partners, agencies, and cross‑functional teams to maximize performance, scalability, and return on investment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Affiliate Planning & Execution for PC
Plan and execute affiliate activities aligned with PC brand campaigns, commercial priorities, and key trading moments.
Manage affiliate calendars, product focus, and activation mechanics to support sales targets.
2. Creator & Affiliate Management
Source, onboard, and manage affiliates and creators relevant to the Personal Care category.
Maintain strong relationships to drive sustained engagement and high‑quality content output.
3. Performance Tracking & Optimization
Monitor affiliate KPIs including GMV, conversion, ROI, and contribution vs targets.
Analyze performance data and continuously optimize product selection, commission schemes, and creator mix.
4. Cross‑functional & External Collaboration
Collaborate closely with Brand, dCommerce, CSP/NRM, Content, Media, and Supply teams to ensure aligned execution.
Coordinate with platform affiliate teams and external agencies to deliver effective and compliant activations.
5. Governance, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Ensure all affiliate activities comply with brand guidelines, commercial policies, and platform requirements.
Support reporting, learning agenda, and continuous improvement of affiliate ways of working for PC.
Experience & Qualification
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
1–8 years of relevant experience in affiliate management, e‑commerce, social commerce, or digital marketing, preferably within FMCG or Personal Care.
Hands‑on experience with affiliate platforms and creator management is highly desirable.
Experience working with cross‑functional teams, agencies, and platform partners is an advantage.
