About the Role

We are looking for a Payroll & HR Controlling Analyst to oversee payroll operations and key HR controlling processes at a country level.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and efficiency, while also acting as the process owner for bonus schemes and supporting financial planning activities related to headcount and personnel costs.

You will act as a subject matter expert and superuser for payroll and HR controlling tools, driving continuous improvement, supporting stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with company policies and local regulations.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance

  • Prepare payroll data and liaise with external payroll providers

  • Own bonus plans (setup, communication, payouts, training)

  • Oversee HR controlling activities (headcount, cost centers, cross-charges)

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and AFC planning

  • Act as superuser for payroll systems and drive process improvements

  • Prepare reports and support audits and statutory requirements

  • Train and support HR stakeholders on payroll and controlling topics

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in payroll and HR controlling

  • Strong understanding of payroll compliance and financial processes

  • Analytical mindset with reporting and planning experience

  • Experience with HR/payroll systems

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Fluent in English and Czech
