Job Purpose:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Payroll Specialist to support our Polish organization. This role will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle and preparing payroll data for our external payroll provider. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations and accurate payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle Management
Administer onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes (e.g., promotions, transfers, terminations).
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in HR systems.
Support employee queries and ensure compliance with local labor laws
Payroll Preparation
Collect, validate, and prepare monthly payroll data for submission to the external payroll provider.
Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
Review payroll reports and resolve discrepancies.
Employee administration in Enova system.
HR Operations
Support benefits administration, leave tracking, and time management.
Assist in HR reporting and audits.
Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
2+ years experience in similar roles
Proven experience in HR and payroll operations, preferably in a multinational environment.
Familiarity with Polish labor law and payroll regulations.
Experience working with external payroll providers.
Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Enova)
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Fluent in Polish and English.
