We are looking to hire a customer focused and enthusiastic Payroll Analyst to join our Shared Services Centre in Parramatta.
This is a 6-month contract, working Monday to Friday in our modern office, which is located less than 10 minutes' walk from the nearest train station.

As our Payroll Analyst, you'll be:
Handling end-to-end weekly and monthly payroll processing (think super, tax, and leave payments etc).
Keeping employee payroll records up-to-date.
Supporting staff and management on payroll related queries.
Interpreting awards, agreements, and contracts for overtime and shift allowances.
Calculating and processing annual leave, LSL provisions/accruals and termination payments
Processing pay increases/changes and back pay calculations.
Maintaining electronic employee files to meet legal requirements.
Generating payroll reports to meet internal and statutory obligations.
To be successful in this role, we're looking for someone who has:
At least 2 years of payroll experience.
A degree or diploma in HR or Accounting (a big plus!).
Intermediate skills with large payroll systems and MS Excel. SAP experience will also be highly regarded.
A solid understanding of Australian legislation for PAYG Tax, Superannuation, and Payroll Tax and related compliance obligations.
A team player attitude with a proven track record of collaboration.
A passion for delivering excellent customer service and results.
High attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and organise your work to meet deadlines.
