Responsibilities:

Recruitment

  • Perform job posting through the bank’s social network such as LinkedIn and Facebook page.
  • Assist Line Manager in recruitment process from A-Z i.e. hunting candidates, arranging the interview, processing the offer, issuing employment contract, and onboarding process.
  • Prepare all logistics requirement for new staff such as ID card, Business Card, door access card, email access, system access…..etc.
  • Work as the HRBP handle the recruitment function in Workday System and ensure high level of accuracy.
  • Collect all the required documents from candidates for the pre-onboarding and ensure the compliance
  • Ensure all process and flow are complied with SOP & Policy

Training

  • Assist HR Manager in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify the skill gap to ensure the right annual learning and development plan for bankwide.
  • Organize and conduct the Induction Program for new employees and facilitate the annual refresher trainings.
  • Coordinate all training programs both local and overseas i.e. room arrangement, flight booking, accommodation arrangement, and other related logistic and claims.
  • Assist staff to settle payment and proceed the payment to the suppliers one week after training ends.
  • Update training record in the monitoring tool and ensure the accuracy.
  • Manage the Mandatory E-learning for new hiring and ensure staff complete 100% on time.
  • Assist Line Manager to monitor Mandatory E-Learning, huddle and ensure staff complete 100% by the deadline.
  • Supply the required documents to internal or external Audit once required.
  • Ensure all process and flow are complied with SOP & Policy.
  • Perform the Ad-hoc projects or events and tasks assigned by Line Manger/HOD.

Employee Engagement

  • Assist Line Manager to execute the annual staff engagement calendar where applicable.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Management, Business Administration or related other fields.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in HR on hiring and training.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and tight deadlines  
  • Critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good negotiation and motivation skill
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Work independently with a good cooperation with other departments.
  • Numeric and analytical skills
  • Conscious of details and accuracy
  • English is proficiency
