Job Description:
The Patient Connection Hub (PCH) Access Supervisor oversees daily scheduling and referral operations for a PCH scheduling-based team. The scheduling-based teams are designed to group like servicelines/departments together to increase competency and efficiency with scheduling. The Supervisor is responsible for leading and reviewing the daily operations of the scheduling-based team, including supervising, training, coaching, and scheduling all personnel and referral/scheduling procedures. Supervisor monitors delivery of patient services, and acts as liaison with patients, and referring providers. The Supervisor will proactively monitor and manage feedback received to identify opportunities to refine and enhance the scheduling and referral process by doing service observance (i.e., listening to live calls and/or reviewing recorded messages) to ensure great customer service. The Supervisor is accountable for the performance of their scheduling-based team assisting the PCH Access Manager with meeting and/or exceeding performance standards. The goal of the PCH is to deliver a high-quality and integrated Baptist experience; ensuring that patients receive the correct care, from the appropriate provider in right timeframe.
