Estamos buscando un talento para unirse a nuestro equipo de HRSS Operations en Marsh. Este puesto estará basado en Argentina. Es un rol híbrido que requiere trabajar al menos tres días en la oficina.
Contamos contigo para:
- Apoyo en las actividades del área de Servicios de operaciones de recursos humanos como revisión de documentación, apoyo en proyectos, realización de informes, comunicación con lideres de toda la compañia, entre otros apoyos.
Lo que necesitas tener:
- Estudiante en Recursos Humanos, Relaciones del Trabajo, Administración de Empresas, Contador Público (Alumno regular que le falte más de 1 año y medio)
- Conocimiento de Paquetería Office / IA
- Capacidad para trabajar en un esquema híbrido (3 días en oficina, 2 días en casa)
- Inglés B2
