Your new role 

 

The Partnerships Delivery Account Manager – Brand Experience supports the implementation and delivery of multi-platform event and experiential campaigns to the highest standard within the National Commercial business. This role requires exceptional client service and communication, strong problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and excellent organisational and time-management skills. 

 

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Support the Partnerships Delivery Managers in the delivery and implementation of a wide range of Brand Experience projects. This includes owning day-to-day client communications for each campaign and updating key project documentation. 

  • Take an active role throughout the lifecycle of each event and activation, from planning and pre-production through to delivery. This includes creating timelines and project plans, briefing suppliers, collating necessary documentation, being part of the onsite team for each live event, and supporting post-event duties such as budget consolidation. 

  • Develop strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders, collaborating effectively with teams across the business. 

  • Develop a strong working knowledge of all Global brands, platforms, products, and systems, alongside a detailed understanding of internal processes and priorities. 

  • Deliver exceptional client service and ensure the smooth running of partnerships to help drive repeat business. 

  • Support the training and development of Account Executives where required. 

  • Support the wider Brand Experience team in creating key sales collateral for event sponsorship opportunities, including event case studies, costings and pitch decks

What Success Looks Like 

 

In your first few months, you’ll have: 

  • Been part of delivering seamless Brand Experience campaigns and events, contributing strong project management and high-quality execution from planning through to live delivery  

  • Provided clients with impeccable service and communication 

  • Demonstrated excellent attention to detail and accuracy across all projects 

 

What You’ll Need 

  • Events & experiential experience: Minimum of 2 years-experience working across event and experiential campaigns or within a live events environment; ideally within an account management, event sponsorship or client services capacity 

  • Client & agency management: Proven experience working directly with agencies or clients, confidently managing relationships and delivering complex projects 

  • Project management: A strong understanding of events and live project delivery, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and ensure seamless execution   

  • Cross channel awareness (desirable): An understanding of cross-media activity and the role of different channels within the wider marketing mix would be beneficial
