KEY ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, and consultation with line managers
  • Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
  • Deploy a wide variety of training methods
  • Conduct effective onboarding induction and leadership development sessions
  • Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and periodically reporting to line manager / top management
  • Manage training budget
  • Provide opportunities for ongoing content   development on training effectiveness & efficiency
  • Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training   trends, developments and best practices
  • Ensuring strategic alignment of the training   approach with business goals
  • Identifying training needs by consulting with stakeholders (both internal and group) and using needs assessments
  • Developing and delivering training solutions that meet business needs
  • Optimizing training processes for efficiency
  • Selecting and managing resources, including working with both internal stakeholders and training vendors to joint develop and/or deliver training
  • Managing the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma.
  • At least 2 – 3 years of working experience in the related field is required

KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Excellent communication skill in both oral and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Power Point)
