About the role
We’re looking for our first Partnership Manager, a brand-new, strategic position at the heart of Modjo’s next phase of growth. Partnerships already contribute to over 20% of new ARR, with +200% YoY growth and clear ROI.
Now it’s time to structure, scale, and expand this motion, turning proven success into a repeatable, high-performance GTM engine across France and Europe.
You’ll report directly to the VP Revenue and work closely with Modjo’s leadership team (GTM, Sales, CS, Product, Ops) to build our Certified Partner Program and lay the foundation for international expansion.
Your Mission
1. Build and Scale Our Partner Program
- Design and launch Modjo’s Certified Partner Program (tiers, incentives, enablement, certification).
- Define partner segments (Agencies / CRM Integrators / Tech) and create a clear prioritization framework.
- Develop processes, governance, and tracking: co-sell playbooks, QBRs, dashboards, deal registration flows, enablement content and partner certifications.
- Align cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to embed partnerships into our go-to-market engine.
- Act as the internal advocate for partnerships: building visibility, alignment, and excitement across teams.
2. Drive Partner Revenue and Expansion
- Consolidate partnerships in France (6–10 key partners) as a model market, then scale across Northern Europe (starting with the UK and DACH regions).
- Build strategic alliances with RevOps consultancies, CRM integrators, and tech ecosystems
- Design and co-execute go-to-market plans: joint offers, co-marketing campaigns, events, and content initiatives.
- Grow partner-sourced ARR and partner-touched business
- Use data, insights, and AI (certification automation, account mapping, enablement tracking) to drive partner efficiency at scale.
Success After 12 Months Means
- Certified Partner Program launched and live with 5+ certified partners.
- 20% of new ARR sourced through partners.
- 40% of total pipeline partner-touched or influenced.
- A scalable, data-driven partnership motion rolled out across France and Northern Europe.
Who You Are
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS in Partnerships or Alliances.
- Proven experience building or scaling a structured partner program.
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder, able to engage senior partners and align internal teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach: you thrive on autonomy, take ownership, and love building from scratch.
- Analytical and KPI-driven, with a clear sense of business impact (pipeline %, ARR, retention).
- This role is for someone who’s not afraid to rethink what Partnerships mean in the age of AI.
- You’re curious about technology, eager to experiment with new tools, and motivated by the idea of using AI to grow Partnerships
- Perfectly fluent in English and in French, another European language (German, Spanish, etc.) is a plus.
