Those working as assistants and office support at PwC will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing their schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information. You will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations and effective communication within the organisation.

In Partner Relations you will work as an integrated team with our US stakeholders. The team provides guidance on inquiries made by retired Partners, withdrawn or soon to be retired from PwC. To perform this, the team reviews data, manages an internal platform and works on internal communications.
Primary responsibilities:
Partners Support
- Retirement Packages: preparing, receiving and processing these to verify information and perform system updates based on the partner status. The packages include various documents for benefit payments, beneficiary designation and Outgoing Email notification.
- Partner’s Platform: access management and customer service for active and retired partners. This platform allows to keep track of open tickets and their progress to record completion.
- Helpline: partners can reach out over the phone and leave a message for the team to review and act upon providing answers to the corresponding partner
Communications
- Obituary write up and distribution
- On-demand communications
- US weekly Public Policy Issues
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in Assistance &/or Customer Service of key stakeholders preferable acquired within a global company. Some finance or accounting background is a plus.
- Education: Corporate Communications, Public Translations or business related.
- Digital Tools: MS Office (Excel, Power Point). Alterix or PowerBI is a plus and well as automations and Powerqueries.
- English: advanced both oral & written is mandatory (C1 level).
- Soft skills: Excellent communication skills, numeric skills, oriented to quality and service, flexibility, adaptability, process improvement, self-starter, dynamic
