Summary:

Clio is seeking a results-driven Partner Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of brand visibility and revenue generation to join our team in Toronto or Calgary

In this role, you will be responsible for two critical engines of growth: maintaining the "air cover" that keeps our ecosystem engaged and executing the strategic co-marketing campaigns that drive referrals and sales pipeline.

Initially, you will provide essential coverage for our Channel Marketing programs—ensuring our "always-on" communications, newsletters, and webinars continue to educate our partners and keep Clio top-of-mind. As you transition to a permanent focus on our Tier 1 ISV partners, you will take the lead in developing high-impact marketing plans that highlight our "better together" value proposition. You will be the owner of the partner funnel, ensuring our data is clean, our attribution is accurate, and our marketing efforts deliver high-quality leads to the sales team. Whether you are orchestrating the Partner Impact Summit or optimizing a referral campaign, your mission is to turn our partner ecosystem into a powerful, scalable source of new business for Clio.

What your team does:

Our dynamic team is data-driven and results-focused, with a focus on meaningful engagement with the legal community, our customers, and our prospects to support our business goals. The Strategic Engagement Team has a diverse portfolio: managing bar partnerships, live events, monthly meetups, Clio’s CLE and marketing webinars, partner marketing, and the company’s user conference, ClioCon.

Who you are:

You love bringing order to chaos and keeping many tasks on track. You’re excited about the world of partner marketing, thrive in an ever-changing environment, and want real-world results from the projects you help drive. You are an exceptional communicator and work well as part of a team. You openly give and receive feedback and want to do the best work of your career.

What you'll work on:

  • Oversee global partner communication strategies, including monthly newsletters (NA, EMEA, APAC) and social amplification, to provide consistent "air cover" and keep Clio top-of-mind

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of demand-generation activities, including joint webinars, "Partner Power Half Hours," and technical bootcamps, to educate partners and drive lead conversion

  • Produce and maintain "better together" marketing assets in partnership with internal enablement teams, including case studies, demo scripts, and battlecards, to empower partners and sales teams to sell and refer Clio effectively

  • Manage Clio’s MDF program to drive sound investment and ROI from Clio’s partner marketing activities

  • Manage the marketing strategy for the Partner Portal and lead execution of flagship events, including the Partner Impact Summit, and partner-focused programming at ClioCon

  • Audit and maintain data hygiene for the entire partner referral pipeline while overseeing lead attribution and conversion tracking to ensure accurate reporting of partner-sourced and influenced impact

  • Regularly analyze and present performance data against team OKRs, identify trends, and optimize tactics to improve the ROI of partner marketing investments

  • Support the broader marketing team with special projects, reporting, and evolving business needs as the partner program scales

  • Other duties as required

What you may have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred

  • 3–5 years of experience in Partner Marketing, Channel Marketing, or Demand Generation

  • Strong analytical background with experience reporting on marketing performance and managing CRM data hygiene

  • Proven track record of managing marketing programs that drive measurable sales pipeline and referral growth

Serious bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with the legal industry

  • Experience working with a tiered partner ecosystem (e.g., Tier 1 strategic partners)

  • Ability to navigate Asana, Excel, Salesforce, PRM tools, and WordPress with ease

This is a new role.
