About the Role

Responsible for developing and delivering training curriculums of AIA products and services to agents and partners

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Develop and deliver training curriculums on AIA’s products, services, and sales processes to agents and partners.
  • Conduct training needs and gap analysis in collaboration with relevant distribution channels.
  • Design and update training modules, materials, and learning tools to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and field coaching.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, gather feedback, and implement continuous improvement measures.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency in messaging, quality, and learning outcomes.
     

Job Requirements
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in training, sales development, or agency capability building, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, distribution channels, and sales processes.
  • Proven experience in training design, facilitation, and performance evaluation.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel and conduct field training as required.
