Where we Work
Udemy is a global company headquartered in San Francisco, with additional U.S. offices in Denver and Austin, and international hubs in Australia, India, Ireland, Mexico, and Türkiye. This is an in-office position, requiring three days a week in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

About this role
This is a learning consulting role for a high-energy candidate with a track record for executing Partner performance programs. The successful candidate will have experience in working with executives and stakeholders across matrix organizations to consult, define and execute on strategic learning programs. The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in speaking with and influencing leaders, analysis of data and visualization with high impact presentation and facilitation skills. This role will liaise with our Global Partner Leaders and Regional GTM VPs to lead innovative programs with performance measurement for the Udemy Partner community based in either North America or EMEA. These regional programs will be leveraged in multiple platforms and for different partners and will be tightly aligned with global programs. Experience in performance consulting, design thinking or instructional design is an advantage
What you’ll be doing
Engage directly with the Global Head of Partners. Understand the nuances of selling and consulting in the region and gain the regional GTM leader’s mindshare by seeing beyond the present problem and identify the fundamental ‘why’. Co-design potential solutions with your stakeholders.
Create a learning vision to drive increased partner productivity, increased win rates with the ability to position Udemy’s evolving portfolio and strategy, improved field operating margins, increased pipeline capabilities and improved transition of opportunities.
Act as a trusted advisor to extended global enablement team and business leadership to assess the partner field’s skills to target performance improvements at the global and regional and team level and tie that to partner performance improvement plans.
Create learning programs that deliver a strong performance driven learning experience for our partner community, and to meet the diverse needs of a broad partner ecosystem. Develop tailored engagement models for different partner types, while offering personalized learning, in multiple modalities, for ease of consumption and preferred learning styles. This should be broken down by quarter.
Develop and execute high impact, targeted programs with strong Net Promoter Scores, learning assessments and drive adoption of the partner programs.
Understand and utilize a data driven approach to partner field performance initiatives, leveraging the extensive suite of enablement programs where appropriate. Apply Kirkpatrick evaluation model to assess the benefit of each program.
Drive clear business impact from every partner program with strong analysis of individual and company performance tied to learning program consumption.
Input to our program management tool to ensure the Field Enablement Dashboard is up to date for tracking & impact measurement. Create a partner enablement calendar and own a monthly Partner Readiness Council.
Collaborate within the global enablement and partnerships teams, and liaise with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, HR, product) to ensure partner programs are relevant and timely.
This role will be working in learning programs for different types of partners - from light weight referral through end-to-end resellers owning the customer journey - from small boutiques to large GSIs.
What you’ll have
5+ years professional experience in partner enablement or related field
Knowledge of adult corporate learning theories
Understand cultural nuances of selling in different regions
Record of driving innovative, creative concepts from strategy to execution
Understand performance metrics and best measurement approach
Ability to think strategically and execute with attention to detail
Strong customer-facing skills and experience
Experience partnering with C level executives
Ability to build trusted relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders and to collaborate cross-functionally
