Job Description

The purpose of this role is to develop, grow, and optimize an existing strategic partnership with a bank within a referral and/or ISO model, primarily in the Point‑of‑Sale (POS) environment. The role focuses on maximizing business outcomes from the current partnership by increasing merchant acquisition, improving operational effectiveness, and strengthening long‑term collaboration.

Key Responsibilities (Accountabilities)

  • Own and develop the existing bank partnership, acting as the primary relationship owner on a day‑to‑day basis
  • Drive growth of merchant acquisition through the bank’s referral channels, branches, and POS‑related initiatives
  • Identify and execute opportunities to expand cooperation scope (new products, processes, channels, campaigns)
  • Work closely with bank stakeholders to optimize referral processes, sales enablement, and performance
  • Coordinate joint initiatives such as sales campaigns, trainings, communication materials, and go‑to‑market activities
  • Manage partnership performance using defined KPIs, reporting, and regular business reviews
  • Act as the main escalation and coordination point for all commercial and operational topics related to the partnership
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Operations, Legal, Marketing) to ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement
  • Support onboarding, enablement, and ongoing engagement of bank sales teams and stakeholders
  • Use CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) to track pipeline performance, forecasting, and partnership results

Technical Competencies

  • Experience working with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Solid understanding of B2B partnership models, referral sales model, ISO  and POS/payments processes

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in managing and developing partnerships with Partners / Vendors , preferably with banks or financial institutions
  • Strong understanding of payments and Point‑of‑Sale (POS) solutions, including ePOS / cash register environments
  • Background in partnership management, account management, channel sales, or business development
  • Experience working with complex stakeholders in regulated or financial environments
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives in parallel
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Valid driving license (Category B)
  • Business‑fluent English (additional languages considered an asset depending on market)

Location expectations  
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
