As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an Part-Time F&I Manager to join our Porsche Salt Lake City team. We are focused on delivering an excellent customer experience and creating long term, repeat business relationships with all of our customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Finance & Insurance Manager is responsible for producing additional revenue for the dealership by selling finance and insurance programs to new and used car customers.
Punctual and regular attendance.
Pull customer credit reports.
Responsible for loading and verifying data accuracy of deals entered into DMS.
Review all Red Flag/OFAC verifications.
Ensure compliance updating.
Submit paperwork to and obtain approval from finance sources on all finance deals.
Ensure that all necessary customer satisfaction forms have been completed and turned in.
Partner with the Service department to provide additional warranty information as necessary.
Team with sales staff on computer follow-up system
Maintain a daily log sheet and tabulate total, share with the sales manager.
Establish and maintain good working relationships with several finance sources, factory and otherwise.
Interact with all customers in an enthusiastic, professional, courteous and helpful manner, striving for complete customer satisfaction at all times. Promptly follow-up with customers and fully answer their questions and address their concerns.
Address customer complaints immediately.
Continually maintain and upgrade “Product Knowledge” of the products and services the company sells and of “competing” products and services.
Strive for harmony and teamwork with all other departments.
Responsible for customer data privacy; keeping computers and files protected.
Practice safe work habits, and follow the company’s safety policies.
Model professionalism and approach all situations as a representative of the company.

Education and Certifications:
Experience with finance, insurance, and service contracts
Experience with automotive sales
Comfortable with building relationships with banks and lenders
Knowledgeable with reporting and forecasting
Must possess and maintain a valid driver license.
Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
