Part Time - Loan Originations Document Support

Position Overview

This is an entry-level position that includes the receipt, review, and upload of all electronic documents related to the mortgage loan process to the Credit Union’s mortgage loan origination system, as well as facilitating MLO understanding of the electronic signature and documentation process. In this position, one is tasked with ensuring a smooth member experience and efficient gathering of vital information during the mortgage loan process. This position is in-office.

Responsibilities

  • 30% Upload eSigned member documents into the mortgage loan origination system

  • 10% Resend email links to members as needed

  • 10% Assist branch and lending contact center personnel with first mortgage electronic signature questions, concerns and issues

  • 10% Scan ink-signed documents into ImageFlow

  • 30% Print & mail physical documents as requested by MLOs

  • 10% Answer in-bound and departmental phone calls

Qualifications

Required Education: HS Diploma or GED

Required Relevant Years of Experience: 0 years

Required Knowledge, Abilities, Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Outlook

  • Able to key data accurately and efficiently

Desired Knowledge, Abilities, Skills

  • Experience with electronic document vendors i.e. DocMagic

Special Position Requirements

  • Sitting for prolonged periods

  • Computer for prolonged periods
