Position Overview
This is an entry-level position that includes the receipt, review, and upload of all electronic documents related to the mortgage loan process to the Credit Union’s mortgage loan origination system, as well as facilitating MLO understanding of the electronic signature and documentation process. In this position, one is tasked with ensuring a smooth member experience and efficient gathering of vital information during the mortgage loan process. This position is in-office.
Responsibilities
30% Upload eSigned member documents into the mortgage loan origination system
10% Resend email links to members as needed
10% Assist branch and lending contact center personnel with first mortgage electronic signature questions, concerns and issues
10% Scan ink-signed documents into ImageFlow
30% Print & mail physical documents as requested by MLOs
10% Answer in-bound and departmental phone calls
Qualifications
Required Education: HS Diploma or GED
Required Relevant Years of Experience: 0 years
Required Knowledge, Abilities, Skills
Proficiency in MS Outlook
Able to key data accurately and efficiently
Desired Knowledge, Abilities, Skills
Experience with electronic document vendors i.e. DocMagic
