As the department responsible for financial planning, performance reporting, and control operations for Sanofi Korea, this role offers a unique opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.

Main responsibilities(담당 업무):

  • Gain deep insights into pharmaceutical market dynamics and multinational finance operations through hands-on analysis of market trends, regulatory impacts, and financial performance drivers

  • Contribute to annual budget planning by conducting variance analysis, and preparing budget scenarios with senior professionals

  • Perform comprehensive P&L and sales performance analysis, identifying key business drivers

  • Create and deliver financial reports for executive leadership, internal stakeholders

  • Support seamless finance operations by facilitating cross-functional collaboration if needed

About you:

  • Preferred field of study: Finance & Accounting

  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required in a global environment.

  • Demonstrates passion for the healthcare industry

  • Possesses strong strategic thinking skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Communication and presentation skills

  • Digitally fluent

  • Shows learning agility and a growth mindset

  • Experience: Accounting related experiences
