Job Description

The University of Findlay College of Pharmacy is seeking part time adjunct faculty members who are prepared to participate in teaching and assessment in a curriculum devoted to promoting the collaborative practice of pharmacy. Classes are small and professors teach in an interactive manner. Candidates should possess excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills, and be dedicated to student-centered education and innovative practice. Positions are available for the 2026 spring semester.

Primary responsibilities may include teaching federal and state pharmacy law topics, pharmacology instruction in disease state modules or various pharmacotherapeutic topics and assessment of clinical and drug information skills in required or elective courses within the Doctor of Pharmacy curriculum.

A Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or other related terminal degree is required. Candidates holding a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree may also be considered. Preference will be given to applicants who have completed a residency or fellowship or who possess equivalent experience as a licensed pharmacist. Eligibility for pharmacist licensure in the State of Ohio is preferred.
