THE JOB: 

We are proud to introduce the brand-new Security Officer of Parking and Perimeter Operations role.  This is a physically active role that keeps you on the move, whether patrolling on foot, riding a bike, or monitoring large outdoor areas.  As a Parking and Perimeter Officer, you will play a critical part in creating a safe and welcoming environment by serving as both the first line of defense, and the first point of contact for our guests.  If you’re observant, composed, and committed to excellence, we invite you to be part of this important new chapter.

THE STARTING RATE:  $21.50 / Per Hour (Internals: current rate + $1.50 increase or $21.50, whichever is higher)

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Patrol and monitor all assigned outdoor areas on foot, by bicycle, or in a company vehicle
• Serve as a First Responder during emergency situations
• Monitor alarm systems and surveillance cameras
• Write reports detailing daily activities and incidents such as property damage, theft, accidents, or unusual events
• Serve as a Field Training Officer

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• One (1) year of previous Security Officer experience, preferably in a similar resort setting
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Ability to learn, demonstrate proficiency and effectively use defensive tactics and report writing skills
