Job Description and Responsibilities
Interpro Park and Pool is recruiting for 4 Summer Park Maintenance Workers to assist with the care of the park facilities, grounds, and general maintenance activities at our Regina location for the 2026 Summer (May to August). This is a physically demanding role that is performed in all weather conditions. This position is full-time Monday-Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm.
Landscape maintenance (cutting grass, trimming trees, laying sod, etc.)
General yard clean-up (cleaning grounds, emptying garbage, etc.)
Painting (park playground equipment and buildings, etc.)
Minor repair and maintenance of small equipment
Perform janitorial and sanitation functions, pick up and dispose of garbage and debris
Requirements
Experience in the operation of lawn care equipment (trimmers, mowers, etc.) and operation of hand-held power tools is an asset
Able to meet the physical demands of the position including standing, walking, sitting, climbing, crawling, kneeling, bending, moderate to heavy lifting and pushing and pulling up to 50 pounds throughout the day
Mechanically inclined. Capable of troubleshooting and light mechanical repairs
Willing and able to work in variable weather including hot, dry, wet summer conditions
Willingness to learn and work responsibly following all safety procedures
Good attention to detail and time management
Personal protective equipment is provided and required at all times
A proven history of reliability
Must be at least 16 years of age and have a Class 5 Driver's License
