The Edenred Digital Center (EDC) in Bucharest, Romania is Edenred Group's new Digital hub for strategic IT projects.

Context

As part of the Edenred IT Security Operations Team, the PAM (Privileged Access Management) Security Analyst is especially responsible to guarantee the right privileged access lifecycle for all IT applications managed and deployed by Edenred headquarter and business units (BU).

Overview

This position requires a hands-on engineer who takes full ownership of incidents and service requests, actively investigates issues, and ensures timely resolution without requiring constant follow-up.

Role description

As part of the IT Security Operations Team your activities will include:

  • Own and manage PAM-related incidents and service requests end-to-end (from investigation to resolution)
  • Perform technical troubleshooting of PAM solution components, including log analysis and connectivity checks
  • Proactively investigate issues before requesting additional input from users or other teams
  • Ensure all assigned tickets are regularly updated and resolved within agreed SLA
  • Follow up on pending items and drive issues to closure without external prompting
  • Maintain clear and structured communication with stakeholders regarding ticket status and resolution
  • Perform operational PAM tool changes in a controlled and documented manner
  • Contribute to improving operational processes and reducing recurring issues
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and application teams when needed

Required skills and profile

  • 2–4 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or technical support roles
  • Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g. JIRA) and handling incidents/service requests
  • Basic troubleshooting skills: Log analysis, Service validation, Connectivity/network checks
  • Familiarity with Windows Server and Active Directory
    • Ability to work independently on issues and drive them to resolution
    • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for assigned tasks

Nice to have:

  • Experience with PAM solutions (CyberArk preferred), Entra
  • Scripting skills (PowerShell, VBA, python, PsPAs, Postman)
  • Exposure to IT security concepts or IAM/PAM environments

  • Mandatory: English (all meetings and deliverables must be in English)
