About your team

The Enterprise Identity team safeguards Fidelity's infrastructure, data, and systems by managing privileged access effectively. We enable secure business operations by expertly managing privileged access across the organisation, ensuring robust protection against cyber threats whilst facilitating efficient workflows and maintaining regulatory compliance across our global operations.

About your role

As PAM Product Owner, you'll lead Fidelity's Privileged Access Management function, delivering strategic leadership across key technologies including server estate PAM, Cloud, Secrets Management, and Endpoint Privilege Management. You'll play a crucial role in our 2027 'move to cloud' strategy, ensuring privileged access is secured in a risk-based manner.

Leading the PAM Product Team, you'll shape architecture, policies, and roadmaps while driving adoption across the business. You'll be responsible for defining and scoping PAM product solutions, overseeing technical designs, and implementing a Target Operating Model that formalises governance and key processes.

Your expertise will be vital in solving complex challenges, engaging with senior stakeholders, and aligning PAM initiatives with broader organisational strategies acting as an ambassador for the PAM function, and work alongside audit teams to improve compliance.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Leading and managing the PAM Product Team to deliver secure capability to the business
• Defining and scoping PAM product solutions to enable the PAM strategy
• Overseeing architecture and technical solutions designed by the PAM Product Architect
• Representing PAM to wider organisational forums, particularly governance and steering boards
• Working alongside the audit function to improve and reduce findings against the PAM space
• Leading business adoption of PAM solutions to reduce risk associated with sensitive access
• Implementing and embedding a Target Operating Model for day-to-day operations
• Interfacing with key programmes to create valuable synergies and align strategic objectives

You'll advocate for PAM solutions through product showcases and business updates, whilst defining and anticipating future threat landscapes. Your expertise will be vital in implementing key detective and reactive controls, solving complex challenges, and creating valuable synergies with key programmes. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to deliver measurable risk reduction, return on investment, and business value through effective PAM solutions.

About you

You'll bring 8+ years of senior security experience, with at least 5 years specialising in PAM, ideally in financial services or highly regulated environments. You'll have expert knowledge of PAM systems, strategies, and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO, CIS). Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (e.g., Wintel, Unix, SQL, Oracle) and enterprise applications is essential.

You'll demonstrate a proven track record in leading multi-year programmes, managing vendor selections, and delivering strategic change in IDAM/PAM. Your ability to communicate complex issues effectively and drive risk-based technology changes will be key. Experience in creating and leading Product Team models in an Agile environment is crucial.

You should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field covering STEM, IT, Finance, or Business , and have a comprehensive understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations in the PAM space.

You'll demonstrate extensive experience delivering advisory services to stakeholders, including auditing firms or third-party suppliers.

 Your ability to work under pressure, challenge the status quo, and maintain a strong strategic direction will be invaluable in this role.
