We are looking for a Paid Search Specialist who is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing Paid Search (SEA) activities across markets to drive measurable business growth. Acts as the key SEA expert for countries and stakeholders, providing strategic guidance, performance insights, and operational excellence. Ensures campaigns follow global best practices, leverage first‑party data, and utilize modern automation and AI tools to scale efficiently.

Example of an activity:
Build and optimize Paid Search campaigns following global naming conventions and 2026 platform best practices, including AI‑driven asset creation, RSAs, Demand Gen search extensions, and audience automation.
Use first‑party data (including modeled consented data) to improve targeting, audience creation, and personalization.
Use Funnel.io to integrate and standardize marketing data sources for reporting, troubleshooting data discrepancies, and building automated dashboards.
Use Power BI to create dashboards that visualize channel performance, trends, forecasting, and country‑level business insights.
Provide analytical insights to stakeholders and recommend strategies aligned with performance KPIs and commercial goals.
Apply feed‑based automation and search ads 360/Google Ads scripts to improve efficiency, quality, and campaign scalability.

Deliver KPI reporting (lead quality, conversion value, cost efficiency, audience insights, incremental lift) through Power BI dashboards.
Use Funnel.io and GA4 to consolidate data and provide a unified view of performance across markets.
Translate performance data into actionable recommendations and forecast expected business impact.
Support countries in understanding performance drivers, cross‑channel attribution insights, and budget allocation.
Key internal collaboration partner
Work closely together with the rest of the performance specialists, data analysts and with the country managers.
Key external collaboration partner
Local paid media agencies, Google account teams, feed management vendors, and analytics partners.
Required level of education and technical abilities
BSc in Marketing, Communications, Data/Business Analytics, or related field.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate insights clearly.
Advanced experience with Google Ads automation, AI‑driven bidding strategies, audience signals, and feed management.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Strong skills in Power BI (data modelling, DAX, dashboard creation).
Strong skills in Funnel.io (data connectors, transformations, automated pipelines).
Required work experience
4+ years in Paid Search advertising across multiple markets.
Hands-on experience managing large or global Google Ads accounts with automated and AI‑based campaign structures (2024–2026 standards).
Strong expertise in GA4, Search Ads 360, feed-based campaign setups, and conversion tracking setup and validation.
Experience working with first-party data, consented audiences, predictive audiences, and privacy-first targeting.
Experience with website and user behavior analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, Google Trends, Looker Studio).
Experience defining and managing conversions, custom events, and enhanced conversions in GA4.
Experience with feed management tools (e.g., Channable, DataFeedWatch).
