In the role of Packaging Project Coordinator, you will join a team of six working with the development and coordination of packaging solutions for the Husqvarna division. Over the past five years, the team has built a strong and well‑established operation that delivers highly appreciated results to the organization. Global Packaging Development is part of the Shared R&D organization, a group of experts supporting Husqvarna Group across all divisions and product categories.

Role Description

In this role, you are responsible for the administrative management of packaging projects in Husqvarnas various systems. This work creates an important foundation for the projects continued development all the way to the finished product. You also act as support to team leader and colleagues by participating in investigations and analyses, handling orders, and compiling and following up data.

In addition to the main responsibilities described above, examples of other tasks include:

  • Supporting the team in coordinating and driving efficient packaging projects
  • Coordinating and administering packaging master data in PLM systems
  • Participating in analyses, investigations, and follow‑ups
  • Handling administrative tasks related to projects

Your profile
As a person, you are structured and comfortable managing several tasks in parallel. You enjoy working in an environment with many stakeholders and will gradually build a broad network and collaboration across the Husqvarna Group, which is why flexibility and adaptability are important in this role. You are comfortable combining personal interaction with independent, focused work at a computer for large parts of the day. You approach challenges with a solution‑oriented mindset, have a positive attitude, and are motivated by seeing tangible results from your work.

We see that you:

  • Have education in project management, finance, or a related field, or have gained equivalent knowledge through work experience
  • Communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing, in Swedish and English
  • Have working knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Meritorious:

  • Experience from project‑based work or a coordinating role, for example within or close to product development processes
  • Experience of administrative work involving standards, documentation, and follow‑up
