As the Outpatient Program Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the success of quality improvement initiatives, including chronic disease management, behavioral health, and data reporting initiatives across our region.
The ideal candidate lives in Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Montana, Missouri, Nebraska, Oregon, or Wyoming. However, Telligen will consider internal candidates in other states.
