About the role:

As an Outlet Server, you will provide exceptional service in our MIRU and Gallery outlets, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. You will deliver attentive, personalized service and maintain Four Seasons standards in every detail.

What You will do:

• Provide professional and courteous food and beverage service to guests.
• Take and process orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery of food and drinks.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and beverages to assist guests with recommendations.
• Ensure tables are properly set and dining areas remain clean and organized.
• Handle guest requests and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.

What You will bring:

• Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service is an advantage.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
