Job Description Summary

In this role, the O&U(Order/ Upgrade)/Digital Growth Leader is responsible for strengthening the O&U business through portfolio expansion and accelerating digital growth by launching innovative solutions. This includes firming up, implementing, and executing Imaging Service business strategies to drive value creation and profitable growth through collaboration with Zone Service Account Managers, Zone Equipment Business Leaders, and Channel Managers, in alignment with the AKA Lifecycle Growth Leader and Zone Service Leaders. Acting as the point person for service strategy and representing the value creation voice to AKA (ASEAN, Korea and Australia/Newzeland) service teams to reflect market needs and gain support for winning business through specialization and value-based selling.

GE헬스케어 서비스 사업부에서 영상장비의 디지털 솔루션 Order/ Upgrade 매출 성장을 추친하는 업무를 담당하며 Zone service 리더 및 영업 마케팅팀과 같이 협업하는 직무입니다. 영상장비(MRI, CT, Xray 등)에 대한 이해도가 있으신 10년 이상의 차부장급을 선호하며 다른 국가의 리더들과 커뮤니케이션이 원활히 이루어져야 하므로 영어커뮤니케이션이 가능하신 후보자를 우대합니다.

1. O&U Growth Strategy

- Develop and execute O&U business expansion plans across modalities.

- Identify high-potential IB segments for O&U conversion and upsell.

- Create bundled offerings combining O&U with digital solutions.

2. Program & Campaign Development

- Design and launch targeted marketing campaigns for O&U services.

- Develop promotional materials and digital assets for customer engagement.

- Organize webinars and workshops to educate customers on O&U benefits.

3. Digital Solution Launch

- Define roadmap for new digital solutions (, AI-driven diagnostics).

- Coordinate with aka teams for localization. Manage pilot programs and scale successful solutions.

4. Sales Enablement

- Train sales teams on O&U offerings and digital tools.

- Provide sales kits and value-based selling materials.

- Support large deals with customized O&U and digital proposals.

5. Customer Engagement

- Develop customer onboarding programs for digital solutions.

- Monitor adoption and usage metrics; implement improvement plans.

- Collect VOC and feedback for continuous enhancement.

6. Market & Competitive Analysis

- Track O&U and digital trends in Korea and aka.

- Benchmark competitors’ offerings and identify differentiation opportunities.

7. Academic & Promotional Activities

- Represent O&U and digital portfolio at conferences and exhibitions.

- Develop campaigns aligned with industry events for lead generation.

Qualifications/Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree of Bio Medical Engineering or Business administration

- Minimum 10 years of sales and service sales experience in a medical, healthcare or technical field (e.g. biomedical engineering, medical physicists)

- Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of solutions based sales approach

- Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local language as well as good command of English

- Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messages

- Experience in managing a matrix organization with multi-cultural teams and multi-markets businesses.

- Strong track record in high technology, capital equipment product and solution sales
