Job Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

The OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst will support a future contract in Virginia Beach, VA or Crystal City, VA or Fayetteville, NC. We will be looking for SME, Expert, Senior and Journeyman levels. This contract is expected to be awarded by May 2026.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Leverage OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and methodologies to support intelligence analysis.
• Support operational goals across various domains.
• Analyze data from digital information sources such as social media, the internet, publicly accessible databases, and other open-source materials.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Knowledge of OSINT/PAI exploitation and analysis techniques.
• Experience with intelligence tools and multi-source analysis methodologies.
• Understanding of policies, regulations, and procedures governing OSINT activities.
• Strong written communication abilities with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively to leadership at various levels.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Clearance: Current Department of War TS/SCI Clearance is required.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of related experience in OSINT/PAI targeting within the DoD or Intelligence Community.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in intelligence tools/methodologies preferred.
• Eligibility: Due to U.S. Government Contract Requirements, only U.S. Citizens are eligible for this role.

The likely salary range for this position is $96,569 - $130,651. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
