We’re looking for a vibrant, tech‑savvy Delivery Officer who loves engaging with people and bringing learning to life across both virtual and in‑person environments. Please note: this position is Part Time - Fixed Term Contract (3 months). We are open to flexibility around days of working (2-4 days preferred). Flexibility is important to us, and we know it is to you, too - this role supports hybrid working by agreement.
Your part in our UnitingCare team:
Deliver virtual engaging, professional learning and development sessions, tailored to audience needs and supported by strong emotional and interpersonal intelligence.
Provide positive, respectful support to new starters, fostering an inclusive and welcoming orientation experience.
Role‑model organisational values and professional standards, contributing to a culture of excellence, integrity, and high‑quality service.
Collaborate with the Orientation Coordinator, content owners, and subject matter experts to manage logistics and ensure orientation content is accurate, engaging, and aligned to program objectives.
Maintain accurate records, monitor feedback and performance metrics, and generate regular reports highlighting key outcomes and improvement opportunities.
Continuously enhance orientation delivery processes, ensuring seamless service across People & Culture and an exceptional experience for UnitingCare employees.
What makes a difference for us?
Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies. This may include a Nationally Coordinated Police Check, Right to Work in Australia
Experience delivering blended learning programs to diverse audiences, including virtual classrooms and webinars.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, L&D methodologies, and delivery systems.
Effective time‑management skills and ability to work in fast‑paced, complex environments.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and experience working in multi‑disciplinary teams.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
Desirable: Understanding of Health Sector levers, drivers & external forces.
Desirable: Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
