So, what’s the role all about?

 

We’re seeking an Organizational Development & Learning Manager who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and people growth. You’ll partner with HRBP’s and business leaders to turn strategic priorities into dynamic development and learning programs. You’ll drive talent management, high performing culture, leadership development and people engagement. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone passionate about shaping a culture of raising the bar, accelerating AI first and making a real difference across NiCE corporate projects.   

This role is part of the OD&L team and reports to the Global Director of Organizational Development & Learning unit.

 

How will you make an impact?  

Content design expertise: A refined ability to craft OD programs, develop content from diverse sources by crystallizing a leading idea into precise, high-quality knowledge.

AI-driven solutions: Leverages AI tools to design, optimize, and deliver innovative learning programs and talent processes.

High-velocity execution: Operates effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple initiatives and cross-functional projects simultaneously.

Collaborative impact: Builds strong partnerships and cross-functional collaborations to drive tangible business results.

Performance-focused outcomes: Ensures all programs and projects directly support organizational goals and strengthen overall capability

 

Have you got what it takes?

  • 10 + years of experience in OD from global tech companies. Only learning management is not relevant
  • Proven experience and proficiency in creating impactful content, shaping programs and leaving a professional mark
  • Ability to solve challenges creatively utilizing data to analyze and measure trends and integrative insights
  • Ability to cultivate strong and multi-cultural partnerships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • MA/MBA in Organizational Development / Psychology / Social Sciences / or related field
