As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade collaboration devices and platforms across Windows and Android environments. You will ensure services are secure, reliable, and scalable for global users, troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize system performance, and drive automation to enhance operational efficiency and user experience. You will play a key role in deploying modern device management solutions, managing endpoints, and leading projects focused on device lifecycle, security hardening, and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, configure, and maintain enterprise collaboration devices and Windows-based infrastructure.
  • Deploy and manage modern endpoint management solutions, including device provisioning and lifecycle administration.
  • Implement automation using scripting and cloud services to streamline configuration, monitoring, and remediation processes.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, deployment processes, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Lead projects focused on device lifecycle management, Zero Trust security migration, and Windows security hardening.
  • Monitor system health and performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues across Windows and Android endpoints.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to integrate new technologies and improve existing infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Windows and Android OS, collaboration devices, networking, conditional access, and identity management.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and participate in audits and governance reviews.

Qualifications (Required)

  • 5+ years of experience in systems engineering focused on Windows and enterprise technologies.
  • Extensive understanding of Windows OS (5+ years).
  • Extensive understanding of endpoint management solutions (5+ years), including device enrollment, configuration, and compliance.
  • Strong documentation skills for technical guides, processes, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with cloud-based directory and identity management services.
  • Proficiency with automation scripting (PowerShell) and endpoint monitoring tools.
  • Knowledge of device lifecycle management, security best practices, and Zero Trust concepts.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional technical projects and collaborate effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with collaboration endpoints such as video conferencing devices, room systems, and phones.
  • Familiarity with Android OS deployment and management in enterprise environments.
  • Experience with modern device provisioning technologies, including Autopilot or similar.
  • Knowledge of Change Advisory Board (CAB) intake processes and enterprise governance procedures.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring and analytics for endpoint performance and security.

Salary Range 

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $110,000 - $120,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
