Role Summary: As an OCM Coordinator, you will support organizational change initiatives for various ERP and digital transformation projects. You will work closely with OCM managers, project teams, and client stakeholders to help implement change strategies that promote user adoption, engagement, and readiness. This role is ideal for a highly organized individual eager to build a career in change management by coordinating the logistics, execution, and tracking of critical change activities. You'll play a vital support role, ensuring that OCM strategies—developed by our senior consultants—are executed flawlessly. This is very much a people centric role with a focus on global ERP transformation.

This role is ideal for someone early in their OCM or consulting career who wants to gain hands-on experience in multiple projects, industries, and systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday).

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support OCM activities across multiple IT/ERP implementation projects.
  • Assist in the development of change management deliverables, such as stakeholder analyses, impact assessments, communications, and training materials.
  • Track and report progress on change management plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Help organize and support stakeholder engagement activities (e.g., workshops, focus groups, town halls).
  • Maintain change-related documentation and manage version control across project teams.
  • Support the execution of communication campaigns, including drafting content, managing distribution lists, and tracking feedback.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal and client leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal and client-facing teams to ensure alignment of change activities with project plans.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of OCM tools, templates, and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in change management, communications, training, or project coordination — ideally in IT or ERP environments.
  • Exposure to ERP or digital transformation programs (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Miro).
  • Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, Communications, Business, HR, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the OCM project plan and calendar, tracking key deadlines, deliverables, and resource assignments across communication, training, and stakeholder engagement workstreams.
  • Coordinate and schedule workshops, executive meetings, training sessions, and communication events, managing invitations, materials, and follow-up actions.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for OCM operational logistics, both internally and with client project teams.
  • Draft, format, and prepare various change communication materials (e.g., newsletters, internal announcements, presentation decks) based on content provided by senior consultants.
  • Manage and update distribution lists, communication channels (e.g., SharePoint sites, project portals), and change management repositories.
  • Assist in coordinating the Training Needs Analysis process and consolidating results.
  • Help organize and track training curriculum development and delivery schedules.
  • Manage the logistics for training sessions, including coordinating trainers, securing venues (physical or virtual), and tracking participant attendance and feedback.
  • Maintain the Stakeholder Register and track engagement activities and feedback.
  • Assist in administering and consolidating results from organizational readiness surveys and change impact assessments.
  • Develop weekly status reports for OCM activities, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission.
  • Manage document version control and ensure all OCM deliverables adhere to firm and client quality standards.
  • Process and track OCM-related expenses and vendor invoices (e.g., external trainers, communication agencies).

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with change management methodologies
  • Experience in a consulting or professional services environment
  • Basic knowledge of project management practices and tools
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
