For our Logistics department in Eindhoven, we are looking for a:
Logistics Order Planner (0,7 FTE)
Where will you be working?
As a Logistics Order Planner, you will be an important player in our 24/7 production environment. You will be working in a motivated team and will be part of the Logistics department. This department focuses on optimal performance and delivery to customers.
In this position, you will report to the Logistics Manager.
Your main tasks:
Managing internal planning processes relating to (MTO) orders in collaboration with production and packaging departments;
Managing consignment fibre stock and sales orders both at the customer's premises and in our ERP system (SAP); Managing the logistics processes relating to sales, colour, speciality and rework orders in collaboration with various departments;
Managing fibre stock in the fibre warehouse and indicating when stocks of obsolete fibres are accumulating;
You coordinate daily with internal stakeholders about production and adjust the planning accordingly;
You manage call-off orders from an external fibre supplier.
As Logistics Order Planner at Prysmian Eindhoven:
You are an enthusiastic, reliable and solution-oriented employee who does not shy away from challenges and is constantly looking to improve existing processes;
You have a completed higher professional education (HBO) degree, preferably in logistics or business administration, and have 2-4 years of work experience in a relevant position;
You are able to make decisions independently, are strong at planning and organising, and have the ability to persuade;
You have administrative skills and analytical abilities that enable you to deal with pressure from various stakeholders.
You have knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP) and are familiar with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
You have experience with improvement processes (such as LEAN) and with legal regulations concerning exports.
You have knowledge of Incoterms and other export-related processes (preferred).
You also have a proactive work attitude and work accurately. You have an excellent command of spoken and written Dutch and English and hold a Basic VCA certificate or are willing to obtain one within one month of starting work at our organisation.

A challenging position in an innovative production environment, graded at scale 10. The salary depends on your education and experience.
You are entitled to 27 days of holiday and 13 ATV days based on full-time employment.
