Order Management Specialist

We are the world market leader for reusable packaging containers (RPCs) for fresh food and are constantly optimizing our products.

We help make the food supply cycle for the population more sustainable. With our RPCs, safety for food transport is improved, there is less waste of food and at the same time the lifespan of the products increases. Through our products and the need for less packaging materials we reduce the carbon footprint.

Major/key accountabilities:

• Executes daily order-to-stock processing tasks, ensuring timely stock allocation based on availability and fulfillment constraints within given limits
• Verifies order details and resolves routine order issues, such as discrepancies, back orders or cancellations
• Collaborates with Field Stock Management, Credit & Collection Shared Services and Sales Support teams to ensure smooth execution and cross-functional alignment
• Maintains accurate order records in ERP/CRM systems, supporting traceability and reporting accuracy
• Supports backlog visibility and provides input for prioritization decisions, contributing to operational responsiveness
• Adheres to process standards and contributes to operational consistency, following SOPs and APQC-aligned workflows
