JOB SUMMARY

Cresco Labs is seeking an Order Fulfillment Supervisor to join our facility. The Order Fulfillment Supervisor will oversee the efficient and accurate fulfillment of sales orders in anticipation of their delivery as well as assist overseeing Logistics. The Order Fulfillment Supervisor coordinates routes and schedules for transport of orders to our dispensary customersunder the direction of the Materials Manager. 

CORE JOB DUTIES 

  • Training and onboarding Leads, Agents, and Drivers 
  • Tracking maintenance records for delivery vehicles 
  • Ensuring leads and agents are performing daily tasks correctly and efficiently  
  • Administering coaching and discipline, as needed, partnering with the department Manager or Human Resources where appropriate.  
  • Monitoring WI’s/SOP’s 
  • Implementing and testing new WI’s/SOP’s to increase productivity  
  • Taking daily attendance 
  • Attending weekly meetings with Materials Manager to discuss delivery rejections, root causes, countermeasures, and other relevant matters 
  • Conducting weekly meetings for Leads, Agents, and Drivers 
  • Recordkeeping of Delivery Rejection log, and Daily Performance log  
  • Problem-solving inventory discrepancies  
  • Keeping track of Order Fulfillment inventory  
  • Approving Timecards  
  • Approving/Denying time off for Leads, Agents, and Drivers 
  • Interviewing potential candidates  
  • Assist in issuing payment for the new employee badging process (coordinate with compliance manager & Human Resources)  
  • Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to proactively identify supply shortages, realigning the replenishment schedule as needed  
  • Actively seek out and identify cost-out opportunities, presenting recommendations to management  
  • Assist with coordination, set up and payment of facility cultural events 
  • Creating reports – monthly facility spending, expenses, transportation manifest, etc.  
  • Assist in issuing payment for the new employee badging process (coordinate with compliance manager & Human Resources)  
  • Coordinate with HR team to assist in new hire onboarding process (including but not limited to room set up, facility tour, issuing required PPE)  
  • General clerical duties, including but not limited to creating or modifying documents, copying, faxing, mailing, filing 
  • Other duties to support production as assigned  

  Fulfilling Orders 

  • Communicating with Sales, as needed 
  • Oversee the accuracy of manifests for sales orders of finished goods for delivery 
  • Oversee toting and sealing all finished orders for delivery 
  • Create and issue purchase orders, ensuring accurate pricing and delivery detail  
  • Develop an efficient and accurate system to monitor open purchase orders  

Delivery schedule 

  • Collaborating with the Materials Manager/Sales regarding delivery scheduling  
  • Placing customer orders on schedule based on logistics, on-hand inventory, and customer requests  

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS  

  • Relevant educational background or 1-3 years of experience in Inventory Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Order Fulfillment, or similar  
  • Two years of experience in a position with supervisory/managerial responsibilities with demonstrated experience managing agents and operations   
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure  
  • Well organized and ability to keep deadlines  
  • Works well with all peers  
  • Effective communication skills  
  • Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
