Program & Project Leadership

  • Own and drive multi-phase programs related to Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
     

  • Co-ordination between multiple stakeholders for program roadmaps, timelines, delivery milestones, and communication plans.
     

  • Lead cross-functional teams including HR, technical development, QA, infrastructure, and external partners.
     

  • Proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, and resolve blockers to ensure timely delivery.

Technical & Integration Management

  • Work closely with technical teams on integrations between Recruiting Cloud and Core HR, ATS extensions, job boards, background checks, and third-party vendors.
     

  • Review and validate integration designs, data flows, and API/REST usage.
     

  • Coordinate defect triage, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution for ORC and cross-module issues.
     

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition, and business units to understand needs and prioritize enhancements.
     

  • Conduct requirement workshops, design reviews, and system walk-throughs.
     

  • Provide clear project updates, status reports, and executive summaries.
     

Governance & Support

  • Manage testing cycles (SIT/UAT) including scripts, scenarios, testers, and sign-offs.
     

  • Oversee change control, documentation, and compliance processes.
     

  • Ensure ongoing production support, analyze incidents, and implement continuous improvements.
     

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
     

  • 10+ years of experience in Program/Project Management or HRIS leadership roles.
     

  • 4+ years hands-on Oracle Recruiting Cloud experience, including implementation or production support.
     

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and HR business processes.

  • Strong expertise on handling JIRA
     

  • Experience working with integrations (REST services, HCM Extracts, OIC, or similar tools).
     

  • Proven track record managing cross-functional technical programs with multiple stakeholders.
     

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle Cloud HCM Certification (Recruiting or Talent Management).
     

  • Experience with large-scale global HR transformations.
     

  • Background in Agile/Scrum or scaled agile environments.
     

  • Understanding of data governance, security roles, and compliance (SOC, GDPR).
