Oracle Business Analyst

Job Description:

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Business Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP to join our team in Brussels. The ideal candidate combines solid functional knowledge with a business-oriented mindset and is capable of bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications within Oracle Fusion ERP
• Act as a functional consultant across key modules: Accounts Payable (AP), Procurement (PO), and General Ledger (GL)
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and propose optimized solutions
• Support implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure alignment between business processes and system capabilities

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant on Oracle Fusion ERP
• Strong knowledge of AP, PO, and GL modules
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup (2–3 days onsite in Brussels)
• Fluent in Dutch (mandatory)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Contract Details:

• Preference for candidates employed by DXC, but freelance profiles will also be considered
