You will support quality oversight on the production floor to ensure safe, compliant and timely supply. You will work closely with production, engineering and laboratory teams to detect and resolve quality issues. We value people who are curious, collaborative and focused on improving processes. Responsibilities
- Carry out in-process checks during production, filling and packaging to ensure adherence to procedures and specifications.
- Support in initiation of deviation during oversight and help implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Assist with batch document review and compilation to support timely product release.
- Maintain compliance-related records, sample storage and traceability according to site policies.
- Coach and support production teams on good manufacturing practice and continuous improvement.
- Participate in internal audits, validation activities and quality risk assessments as needed.
Education, Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master degree in Sciences or a related field.
- 2-3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical operations, quality assurance or production environment.
- Practical knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and quality systems.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to work on-site and to be present on production shifts.
- Ensure daily GEMBA on production floor for the adherence of GMP and QMS.
- Familiarity with quality management systems, data integrity and batch review and release processes.
- Exposure of validation activities and its executions.
- Continuous improvement and work with GPS standards (Glaxo Production System).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
