Optimization Operation (Low Code/No Code solutions) Intern

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for 2026/2027 graduates to join our internship program. The team you will be joining is a part of State Street Markets (Markets). When owners and managers of institutional assets need research, trading, securities lending and innovative portfolio strategies, they turn to Markets business unit. As our investment research and trading arm, Markets’ number one goal is to enhance and preserve our clients’ portfolio values by applying technology, optimizing trading, and linking asset classes and markets across the world.

What you will be responsible for:

• Optimization Operation (Low Code/No Code solutions): Automation Configurator who will focus on development and delivery of automation solutions using various tools and platforms. The candidate is someone with experience on technology project execution and ability to get hands on when it comes to analysis, development and execution, someone with creativity and self-motivation to deliver on mission critical projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in automation / low code/no code development / programing domain.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above, graduate in 2026/2027.
• Degree in Computer Science or Financial related
• Experience in Automation tools (e.g. Xceptor / Qlik / DUCO / etc.) or software development will be a plus
• Experience in low-code/no-code development (Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.) will be a plus
• Experience in programing languages will be plus (Python, Java, C++, SQL, etc.)
• Effective communication skills (oral and written) in English.

Additional requirements:

• This is a short-term intern program only for 2026/2027 graduates who can work since Jan 2026 with at least 3 days per week.
• We do not guarantee to convert to Full Time Employee, and interns with excellent performance will be provided priority to be converted to regular employee, if FTE headcount available after graduation.
