Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Laboratory Setting, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Standing for full shift, Strong Odors (chemical, lubricants, biological products etc.)

Job Description

Job Purpose

To support the safe, efficient, and compliant production of goods by operating equipment, following standard procedures, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate basic production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Carry out routine production tasks such as assembly, packaging, labeling, or material handling
  • Follow strict health & safety and hygiene regulations at all times
  • Ensure products meet required quality standards and report any defects
  • Complete production records and documentation accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment (e.g., GMP standards if applicable)
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets
  • Assist with stock handling, including raw materials and finished goods
  • Report equipment faults or safety concerns to supervisors

Skills & Experience

  • Basic understanding of production or manufacturing environments (preferred but not always required)
  • Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately
  • Good attention to detail
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
