This position is located at GSD 7 Gul Circle.

How will you make an impact?

As a Manufacturing Operator, you will set up and operate various equipment used in the production of GeneChip® probe arrays, ensuring high-quality output and optimal production efficiency.

What will you do?

  • Ensure all work performed adheres to ISO 13485:2003 and 21 CFR Part 820 requirements. Report any non-compliance t operational procedures by Manufacturing Associates (MAs) to Manufacturing Engineers (MEs) immediately.
  • Perform routine and repetitive tasks within clearly defined parameters. Operate equipment as required and maintain proper housekeeping standards in the cleanroom environment.
  • Handle, store, and dispose of chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements. Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and report any chemical spills, leaks, or exposure incidents immediately.
  • Develop good working habits and promptly inform the Technical Specialist of any issues encountered with tools or products. Notify MEs immediately in the event of excessive tool downtime or product defects.
  • Follow all safety procedures and always maintain a clean and organized workspace. Report any unsafe acts or conditions to the Team Leader immediately.
  • Provide feedback to Team Leaders regarding any inappropriate behavior or poor work habits observed on the manufacturing line.

Qualification

  • Minimum secondary level; or
  • NTC in engineering related fields

Experience

  • 1 - 3 years related hands-on production/processing experience in wafer fabrication production/photolithography environment
  • Those with no relevant experience but willing to work in clean room environment and 12-hour shift can apply  

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. 
  • Able to perform simple mathematical calculations
  • Able to write legibly and with attention to details
  • Must be meticulous in operating the machines
  • Able to perform 12 hours rotating shift
  • No color-blindness
  • Good team player
